Services
SafeZone NY designs, supplies, installs, and supports CCTV and access-control systems. Specific deliverables, prices, timelines, and warranties are detailed in the written quote and service agreement we issue per project.
Quotes & deposits
Quotes are valid for 30 days. A deposit is typically required before equipment is ordered or installation is scheduled. The deposit amount is specified in the quote and is non-refundable once equipment has been ordered.
Warranty
Our installation labor is warranted for 12 months from completion. Hardware is covered under the original manufacturer warranty (typically 2–3 years). We will help you process manufacturer claims at no extra cost during your labor warranty period.
Limitation of liability
A security system reduces risk; it does not eliminate it. SafeZone NY is not liable for losses, damages, or injuries that occur on your property. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Cancellation
You may cancel a scheduled installation up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund of deposits (less any equipment already ordered). After 48 hours, deposits become non-refundable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County.
