What Free Standard Installation means

When this promotion is running, qualifying SafeZone camera-system packages include free standard installation. You pay for the camera system; we cover the standard install at no extra charge. There is no coupon to clip and no game with crossed-out prices — the offer is applied when we build your quote, and we tell you up front whether your project qualifies.

This is a real, time-limited promotion. It is not a permanent price, and it can end. When it ends, the page simply stops advertising it. We don’t quietly keep charging the old way, and we don’t invent a fake countdown to rush you.

Eligibility

Who qualifies for the offer

Three things need to line up for free standard installation to apply:

• A qualifying package. The offer applies to qualifying SafeZone camera-system packages. Most of our standard camera packages are eligible; a few specialty or custom builds may not be. Your quote shows whether your chosen package qualifies.
• A participating service area. The offer is available within participating New York service areas — Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and Long Island. We also take projects in nearby New Jersey; ask us whether the promotion reaches your address.
• Within the promotion dates. The offer is valid between the promotion’s start and end dates. The current dates are set in SafeZone’s Promotion settings — as an example, a promotion might start on June 1, 2026 and end on September 30, 2026.

The live start and end dates are the ones set in SafeZone’s Promotion settings, and the offer ends automatically on the end date — no one has to switch it off by hand, and there is no auto-reset that quietly extends it. If you are reading this while the promotion is active, the dates shown in your quote are the ones that count.

What standard installation includes

Standard installation is the normal, no-surprises work it takes to get a typical home or small-business system running. For most properties, that covers:

Mounting your cameras in the spots we agree on during the walkthrough

Standard cable runs and tidy routing through normal building paths

Setting up the recorder and configuring storage

Setting up the SafeZone mobile app, plus a walkthrough before we leave

The idea is simple: for a standard install, the labor is on us, and you walk away able to use the system the same day.

What may add cost

Work outside the standard scope

Some buildings need more than a standard install. When that’s the case, we tell you before any work starts — never after the invoice. The following is the full promotion disclaimer:

Free standard installation is available with qualifying SafeZone camera-system packages for a limited time and within participating service areas. Additional equipment, specialty mounting, extensive cable runs, permits, electrical work, trenching, lift access, masonry work, or work outside the standard installation scope may require additional charges. Final eligibility is confirmed after project review.

In practice, the things that most often fall outside standard scope are long or concealed cable runs, drilling through brick or concrete, work that needs a lift to reach high mounting points, and anything that touches your electrical service or requires a permit. None of these are hidden fees. If your project needs them, they show up as clear line items on your quote, and you decide before we begin.

Claiming the offer

Final eligibility is confirmed after a project review. The simplest path is to request a free quote or call us. You can also book a $49 on-site visit — that fee is credited toward your installation if you go ahead. We look at the property, confirm the package qualifies, check that your address sits in a participating service area, and make sure the promotion is still running. Then your quote reflects the free standard installation, with any out-of-scope work listed separately so there are no surprises.
